Summary

#ASD was set up as a channel to help users with questions relating to Austnet services. Not all users who join #asd are friendly as some have tried to use commands and have failed and as a last resort join #asd. As a helper you need to be prepared to help all users and not get upset in the process.

#ASD helpers are also expected to keep everything said in channel and associated help channels confidential and failure to do so may result in removal of access.

Successful applicants will be notified via NoteOp.  Thanks for taking the time to fill this out.
