Survey results

The results from our first survey using the new survey system at help.austnet.org are in. Below is a brief summary.

As the first survey with the new system, we asked for feedback on the system itself: whether you liked it, and whether you would use it.

The survey closed around 1830 on the 18th February, 2009. In total 47 votes were recorded, we are hopeful this will increase on the next survey :)

Of the survey base, the majority responded that they liked the survey system and would use it (68.75%), only 2.08% stated they did not like the system and would not use it, while the rest of the respondents either disliked the system but would use it (14.58%), or were unsure (14.58% again). [0.01% lost due to rounding / Enron accountants]

Respondents were given the option to include a comment with their answer. All comments are being considered (even the insane ones! :P), and it is already clear there are many topics that will benefit from being put out to survey. Let’s just try to bump up the turnout.

Anyone with a registered nickname is welcome to participate in the survey. The next survey will be announced on this blog and by an automated message on connection to AustNet.
